NeuroKind ADHD Sessions are safe, grounding, and gently energising spaces for adults living with ADHD — diagnosed, self-identified, or exploring. Whether you’re feeling overstimulated, burnt out, misunderstood, or just craving community, you’re welcome here.
Together, we slow down, co-regulate, share strategies, and explore the creative, chaotic, brilliant parts of being neurodivergent — without pressure or judgement.

What to Expect

  • Each session is lightly structured, with plenty of room to honour your own rhythm. You can come to connect, or just come to be.
  • Peer support circle – opt-in sharing, lived experience, no fixin
  • Gentle activities – creative expression, journaling, mind-mapping
  • Regulation tools – stretch, stim, rest, fidget, pace, doodle, snack
  • Adaptogenic Drinks– functional drinks included plus information on supplements
  • Low demand, low noise – we respect silence, headphones, and breaks

Who is it For?

  • Adults (18+) with ADHD or traits
  • Late-diagnosed, self-diagnosed and undiagnosed welcome
  • Queer, disabled and multiply marginalised voices are especially embraced

No GP letter, no neuropsych report, no masking. You don’t have to explain your brain here.

Our Ethos

Econic Life’s NeuroKind programme reimagines what support can look like — centring kindness, lived experience and collective care over clinical models or behaviour management. This is community-built, non-pathologising space. We focus on:

  • Belonging over behaviour
  • Co-regulation over correction
  • Creative freedom over conformity
